Workshop Outline​
DAY 1
This sustainable tourism workshop aims to achieve a set of sustainability core values which are ignited by the attendees’ vision, beliefs, and commitment. Through group work, individual challenges, and hot seats the attendees are guided and stimulated into co-creating a set of sustainability core values which are then officially recognized by the company.
Target – 4 to 6 core values. Duration – 4hrs
DAY 2
On day 2 this sustainable tourism workshop enables the attendees to state a mission for each sustainability core value emerged during Day 1. The mission sets the action plan of each value on (how to) bring them to life and translate them into daily notions of sustainable mindset for all the attendees.
Target – 1 set mission per each value. Duration – 2hrs

About DAY 1
A full day workshop where the team works together to identify their sustainability values based on the cultural, economical and social environment they experience in the workplace. The workshop day is planned with several group exercises that will stimulate the creativity and commitment of the team members to come up with the values that matter to the company and to themselves.
The participants are engaged in:
- Group brainstorming on what is sustainability today and how it relates to their workplace
- Individual work to identify personal values and vision
- Collective exercises to align each individual work into a common vision board
About DAY 2
This full day training program focuses on how to develop a sustainable marketing thinking process across all levels of the organization by examining:
- Value generation across the supply chain
- Customers’ desires and demands
- Adoption of Regenerative Approach in business
After the training, the attendees are able to:
– Shape the Travel Demand to lead by example in the industry and over the competitors’ set
– Ignite a Value Generation Chain across the business ecosystem for all the stakeholders
– Activate Sustainable Marketing Strategies that stand the test of time
